Extensive structural alterations to a semi-detached Victorian house in Richmond.  Works included construction of an extension at 2nd floor level and construction of a rear extension including the lowering of the finished floor level at lower ground level.  Internal refurbishment and decoration throughout while maintaining the traditional character of the property.  New mechanical and electrical services throughout including a Lutron lighting system.
